The Golden Eatery is bringing crispy and juicy flavors to 4th Street Market in Santa Ana, CA. Originally from Nicaragua, Chef and Founder Oscar Gonzalez first learned how to cook from his Mom, and has since held various jobs in many kitchens, soaking up knowledge and practicing his craft. He is thrilled to have his very own storefront, where he will be serving up flavorful, gold-level chicken, burgers and various comforting side dishes.
