Faka’s Island Grill is a new take on island food that started with a taco cart and a dream. Faka’s mission is to take traditional island culture and add their own part to the story. While inspired by the flavors of the South-Pacific, this isn’t your traditional island food; Chef and Founder David Pese set out to make his own rules when it came to building the menu and growing this business. Dig into a comforting pile of So’Mo fries or an authentic plate of Hawaiian BBQ, but certainly don’t skip their infamous Kings Island Sandwich, made with crowd-pleasing King's Hawaiian® Original sweet dinner rolls.
